Delivery, Set-Up and Instruction
Neurogenx At Home powered by CrownQuest, Inc adheres to Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) guidelines on Delivery, Set-Up, and Instruction as a supplier of DMEPOS equipment. We are generally responsible for;

Delivering and assembling all equipment items according to a timeframe that has been agreed upon by the Medicare beneficiary and/or their supplier, caregiver, and prescribing physician.

Coordinate the set-up with another supplier if the supplier is not able to deliver and set-up the equipment.

Providing the beneficiary with all of the equipment and item(s) that are necessary to operate the equipment or item(s) and is to perform any adjustments as applicable.

Providing and arranging for replacement equipment while the original equipment is being repaired, with the exception of orthotics and prosthetics,

Assuring that all equipment and item(s) delivered to the beneficiary is consistent with the prescribing physician’s order and identified beneficiary needs, risks, and limitations of which the supplier is aware.
